Is there a free trial?
Start with the Free plan—no payment card required. Paid plans are billed monthly per workspace. Any trial and its payment terms will be shown at checkout before you subscribe.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Storage and AI question allowances are shared across the workspace. Admins count toward the total people limit. New uploads or questions may be blocked when an allowance is reached; existing files are not automatically deleted. Contact us about a plan change.
