Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial for all new subscriptions. You'll need to provide a payment method to start your trial, but you won't be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period through your account settings, and you won't be charged. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue and you'll be billed monthly. Please note that all subscription fees are non-refundable. What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll be notified when you're approaching your limits (storage, AI queries, users, etc.). All plans have unlimited documents; storage and query allowances apply. You can upgrade or remove content to stay within your plan.
