Notice creation, approval and distribution workflow can be customised by notice type and include regulator approval.
Notices can be distributed to individuals and groups and use AeroDocs User Management or 3rd party user databases such as Active Directory or LDAP.
Notices can be marked as compulsory and given a publication, read by and expiry date.
Escalation workflow ensures managers receive notification of individuals who have not read notices that are approaching or have passed the read by date.
