AeroDocs Forms is the proven solution for digital form workflow for airlines.

AeroDocs Forms is a proven system that is available through whatever channel is most appropriate to the user. Forms are accessed via EFB on the flight deck, Web or Mobile for maximum flexibility. Updates are synchronised to and from a central AeroDocs Server whenever a network connection is available.

Timely and accurate communication between flight crew and flight operations is critical to ensure effictive airline operations. General and regulatory forms such as Captain Special Report (CSR), Fatigue Form, Air Incident Report (AIR), etc. can be started on the EFB in cockpit and completed on the Web later.

Completed Forms can be subject to workflow to ensure that they are seen by the right people and dealt with effectively to fulfil regulatory compliance requirements. Reports can be generated from Form data.

AeroDocs Forms solves the problem of digital form workfloqw across multiple channels including EFB.

Forms Manager

Forms Manager is a web application for digital form creation, approval and distribution.

Form creation, approval and distribution workflow can be customised by form type and include regulator approval.

Forms can be made available to individuals and groups and use AeroDocs User Management or 3rd party user databases such as Active Directory or LDAP.

Customisable workflow ensures submitted Forms are seen by the right people and dealt with effectively to fulfil regulatory compliance requirements.

Forms Manager is available as a standalone web application or integrated with AeroDocs Portal, 3rd party portals and websites.

Forms Viewer

AeroDocs Viewers for EFB, Web and Mobile support reading, completion and synchronisation of AeroDocs Forms.

AeroDocs EFB Viewer supports Forms on Class 1, 2 & 3 EFB.

AeroDocs Web Viewer supports Forms as a standalone web application or integrated with AeroDocs Portal, 3rd party portals and websites.

AeroDocs Web Viewer also supports Forms optimised for Mobile access.
